What I Am Reading

1. 2024 Year-End Review

Many people wrote their 2024 year-end reviews, but I’ll skip mine.

This is my first year as a freelancer in web3 after leaving my web2 programming job. While not entirely successful, I met many peers who achieved financial freedom by catching key market moments.

As always, annual returns are often influenced by a few highly volatile trading days. Seizing opportunities, even just once, is crucial. We should treat every potential opportunity seriously. I missed the TIA airdrop due to lack of persistence after deployment, missed Grass by not investing in IP, and when Fuel launched on Bitget for pre-purchase, I failed to recognize that buying equity NFTs would bring more airdrops given Fuel’s specifications. These are missed opportunities and regrets.

2. 2025 Outlook

My goals are to consistently participate in airdrop projects and create content.

Follow through with my planned activities, continue working out, and keep reading.

Situations change rapidly. I’ll set directions without specific details. While this might be the last bull market I experience, with M2 bottoming out theoretically signaling the end of the bull run, the launch of ETFs and Trump’s potential presidency, along with his advisor Musk supporting the crypto industry, might bring exciting developments to web3.
